Progression- Përparim --- Mar 11th

It has been a great week as a missionary. We had a Zone
Leader/Coordinating Sister training meeting with President Ford last
Wednesday, and then on Thursday we had a Motra Only training. WOW! I
learned SO much about how I can be a better missionary and continue to
progress for the rest of my life. We learned all about having VISION.
Making GOALS to help you accomplish that vision. Setting specific
PLANS to help you keep those goals.Then making sure you tell all of
these things to Heavenly Father and others to make and accounting for
yourself. Being ACCOUNTABLE.

Making Goals and working towards them is something that I have learned
a lot about while being a missionary. It can be really hard to
understand how to get started, but I do know that if we just give it a
try it all works off the beginning. After we have these things we are
then able to adjust and work with them to be able to accomplish
wonderful things! I truly believe that this is how Heavenly Father
runs His kingdom. It has been amazing already the miracles that have
happened because we have started to be better at this whole process. I
love it! Doing the Lord's work, the Lord's way... honestly is
exhausting, but couldn't be more rewarding any other way!

I'm so grateful for this gospel. For my wonderful family! I love you
all so much and am so grateful to be apart of something so beautiful.
I love this gospel more than anything. I know it is true! and that it
really does change lives! I hope we can all continue to read our
scriptures and the words of the prophets, say our personal and family
prayers and always go to church, so that we will never lose the power
and light we need to stay strong and continue to have a desire to
share the gospel everyday!

I also can't believe how fast time flies! This transfer was shorter,
like they all will be now this year because of the influx of
missionaries, and has gone by so fast. I can't believe it. This is my
last week with Motra Richardson before she goes home next week. Crazy!
We'll see next Sunday night if I will stay here or not, and who my new
companion will be. I kinda feel I will stay... I hope! and will train
one of the new sisters coming in. Who knows though... until next week!

Also I just want to say thank you to Mom and Dad for always teaching me
about Tithing and fasting. Tithing is such an important commandment,
but is SO based on FAITH! I have a strong testimony of tithing and I
never will not pay my tithing, no matter how hard, or impossible a
situation may seem. So many people here struggle with this
commandment. Maybe only a few pay their tithing once in a while. We
are really trying to help them understand what it really is, but you
just can't know until you try it. I"m so glad I have been given
opportunities to test this commandment in my life all through out my
life. What would I do with out these blessings! I hope we can keep
encouraging the members here to be more faithful and trust in God's
power to make miracles happen.

I love that you always trust in God and in His timing. Miracles do
happen when we trust in Him!
