Travels ---Sept. 23rd

Hi Family!

Can you believe that September is almost over!! Where did it go?? I love being a missionary and I don't want it to ever end. To be honest it's kinda scary to think about so I just decide to not. This week was FULL of greatness. Lots of trainings and miracles.

We had Zone Conferences this week and we now have 3 different zones. As the Sister Trainer leaders, President Ford, asked us to do a training and be at all the Conferences. Each one started at 10:00am and ended at 4:00 pm. (all day).

Our first one was in Tirana! I got to see both Motra Forte who is now in Tirana from Kosovo and Motra Kokol! They are both doing so well!! I'm so glad! They are both such awesome missionaries! I'm blessed to have gotten to train them! The whole conference was SO good and I was excited to get to go to it 2 more times... ha.

Second conference was in Lushnje for the South Zone. (my current zone). It went really well and It was so fun to learn new and different things even though it was the same basic trainings from everyone. The spirit is always strong as a missionary and inspiration is always moving! I love it! We made really good goals for my area and I am excited to keep working hard to make them happen by the end of this transfer.
Kosovo Conference
Kosovo Girls
third, Friday, was in... KOSOVO!! for the North Zone. I was so excited! Home! We drove up all together with the AP's and missionaries serving in the most northern city in Albania. We all drove up in a big van that we call "big blue". It was SO fun! As we got closer and closer my heart started to just beat faster and faster. I think I got a little nervous to be back there again, but also so excited. I don't really know. Anyway, we got there after a lot of jamming and fun conversation in the car and I called both Aferdita and Dafina. Dafina has just started an internship and is doing SO well, but wasn't sure she could get off early to come say hi. Aferdita said she would be at the church the second the meeting was over. :) I LOVE these girls! Valmira also was counting on coming. We had a wonderful conference. Our best one and I learned a lot from the other trainings also. The spirit was really strong and I felt really empowered with understanding and knowledge. Mostly about this scripture D&C 9: 8-9. Which I gave also again for Aferdita and Dafina to read on a talk I left with them both. Well, After the meeting they all came!! Motra Jones the senior couple wife there had texted all the branch to come and say hi, because lots of the missionaries that had served there were there. It was wonderous!! Aferdita was there. Dafina got off early to come! Valmira! Gjon! Besim!.. and more! I loved it! I was so happy to see them all again and all doing SO SO good. Those girls are so special and I know they will be baptised. They love it and know they want it. Now it's just increasing faith/strength and decreasing fears just a little more. They have to be so strong to face the world and family. I always pray for them and was so happy to see them! It is a lot colder there though already... I guess I had forgotten and my feet froze! ha.
Kosovo Sisters
In between all the trainings and sleep overs in Tirana we had many miracles and lessons also happen in Fier. We got 4 new investigators and taught wonderful people. One family in particular is the family that lives in our same apartment building on our same floor. They are the nicest people! And have been so prepared to accept the Gospel. They own a dyqan (little grocery store) on the bottom of our Apt. building and we have done our lessons in there with them. Every time we had a lesson people (friends) would come in and want to join in on the conversation. It was so awesome. One time we asked the brother to read Moroni 10: 3-5 and he read it so carefully and interested, then paused as I asked him what that meant in wonder before he gave us a beautiful explanation. It was really cool! He and his friend loved talking with us in the lesson and I hope will progress! We need more Melchizedek Priesthood holders. :) We put the mother (Lumturi) and daughter (Bella) on baptism dates for the 12th of October! That same day an older lady Friend had just walked in and wanted the brochure to read with her husband also. I asked her to be baptized also and she said yes. We'll see what happens but It is just exciting when good things happen. and they always do as you are working hard and doing what is right! Missionary work is miraculous! It's the best thing in the whole world! I love my purpose and I love this work!

Thanks for being the best family in the whole world! I love you all very much! I'm very thankful for your wonderful examples to me and for who you are and are constantly striving to become. I love and appreciate you!

Kalofshit mire! Ju dua shume!
