Hi Family!!

I can't believe how much I love my family! and being a missionary. Thanks for all your wonderful letters and love! I'm so lucky, you know!? Fier is such a special place. I love it everywhere! 

Anila's Baptism

This week has been extra special. Anila Reka, Dajana's mom got baptized and Confirmed! She has the most special spirit ever and is so happy. I about cried! We drove them all down to Vlore for the Baptism because the water in Fier is getting... ya ice cold. There wasn't a lot of people, just her family, but it was so nice! She bore her testimony to us afterwards and it was just so sincere. It really is such a blessing to be able to teach someone like her. Dajana also gave her first talk on the Holy Ghost. She did it all by herself and it was amazing!! The car ride was really fun too. Pretty sure it was Dajana's first time ever in a private car and she had to have the window seat! She had her window down so the air could blow on her face the whole ride! Good thing it was a warmer day. :) As soon as we got out of the town and on a bigger road to go a little faster they all started laughing and Dajana was just so excited and amazed... maybe a little fear about how fast we were going. Motra Wendt and I just laughed with them thinking wow you'd think we were on a roller coaster ride! The things we all take for granted, huh?? 

The Confirmation was my favorite. She had new shoes on and her hair all done nice. Elder Roberts confirmed her and after the meeting asked me if I felt the spirit really strong. I had, but then he told me that as he was blessing her he felt the spirit so strong. He said it was a really intense feeling of love. He blessed her in many different ways with God's love. Telling her she was so loved and so special. It really was a beautiful prayer. I love this special little family. Dajana told Motra Wendt also that she is so grateful that they found the church. She is so happy especially to now be together with her mom! 

I know the Church is true! God knows us all individually and His love for us is SO great! We must simply allow it to fill us up and push us forward! I'm thankful for love in many forms and ways. I'm also thankful for the "hastening of the Work" of the Lord. It really is incredible. Everything is moving so fast, everywhere. We are preparing and I love it!

ps. The Pjetri Family's father is getting baptized on Saturday! He asked if I would give a talk so I get to go! Talk about a miracle! The ability and choice to change is so incredible. God really can  change our hearts and desires and really can strengthen us, His children, to do what is right! Hopefully I'll have some pictures for next monday!
