I have been called to serve in the Adriatic South Sea Mission for the LDS church!!
I am excited to share with you how I am serving, who I am becoming, what I am learning and experiencing over the next 18 months.
I will be speaking Albanian!!! I found the Albanian flag before leaving Wahoo! :)

(This is our first note from Kristi!)
Dear Family,
I
made it! and I'm learning Albanian. :-) All this talk about
the solo sisters was probably good for me because I am one! Crazy. I am
the only Albanian sister & that's how it usually is I guess.
not many sister there. My official companion for now is going to Hungry
and she leaves in like a week and a half. When ever we're not
together, which is basically all day, I just hang out with the Elders.
They are all so great! It's been pretty fun. Kinda sad/hard not to
have a companion, but I just kinda figure it out and I have met a lot
more random people because of it! So that's fun.
Albanian is crazy but I love it! My
roommates are also Hungarians and 2 English girls (Pennsylvania) They
are all great!
ha. The English Sisters just got here last week and leave in a week
and a half as well. The other Hungry Sisters have only been here for 4
weeks so 8 more to go! They will Prob. be my next official
companionship. They are both so great though so I'm excited.
Anyway, my P-day is on Wednesdays so until then! Love you ALL! Kristi
Hoover oh Motra Hoover :-) Une jam e misionar!!!
